The Opera Hotel Program is a property management system (PMS) solution fit for all sizes and types of hotels. Yesterday one of our front desk staff reported an issue when opening an attachment in Reservation Section of our system.
After investigation I found out that the only attachment that the OPERA PMS System is not opening is .PNG Files, other files like .PDF is working fine. I also checked the Java version that the PC is using is the higher version compared to other front desk PC.
So to solve this, I uninstall the Java and install a lower version of it. The version that is working is Java 8u221.
